How this tool works

Honest about what it is.

01

You describe your business

Plain English. The more specific you are about what eats your team's time, the better the result.

02

We send it to a language model

Specifically, Google's Gemini, prompted with a system instruction we wrote that knows our work, our values, and the Indian SMB context.

03

You see opportunities

Three to five specific use cases, with complexity, timeline, and a first step you could take this week — even without us.

04

You decide what's next

Try it yourself, send the report to your team, or book a free call with us. The tool is free either way.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Is this really free? What's the catch?

No catch. It costs us a fraction of a cent per query (we cover it), and the Indian SMB ecosystem is full of owners who deserve clear thinking on AI without paying a consultant ₹15,000 for a deck. If you decide you want help building one of the opportunities, you'll know where to find us.

What does the AI actually use to suggest these?

A general-purpose language model (Google Gemini) with a system prompt we wrote — it tells the model how to think about businesses, what banned words to avoid (no "transformative" nonsense), and to keep things specific to Indian context. It does not have access to your private data or any external systems.

How accurate is the result?

It's a good first read, not gospel. The model is fast and broadly correct, but it can be over-optimistic about complexity. Use it as a starting list — the truth comes out of a real conversation with your team about which one of these would actually save time.

What happens to my business description?

It's saved in our database so we can keep this tool honest (improving the prompt, spotting patterns, knowing what people actually need). We don't sell it. We don't share it. If you'd like it deleted, email info@bhamavision.com with the date and we'll wipe it.

Why are you giving this away?

Two reasons. First, it's the same conversation we have with every potential client on the first call — productizing it saves both sides time. Second, it's the best demo of how we think about AI: specific, honest, and not afraid to tell you AI isn't the answer.

The result was generic. Why?

Almost always because the description was short or vague. Try again with: what your business actually does, who your customers are, and what one or two specific things eat your team's time every week. The more concrete, the more concrete the answer.
